What do you think? After seeing all of the rants today in the flickr groups I think Yahoo may have just signed their own death certificate. Between the possible hostile take-over and slumping sales... The last thing they should have done was messed with something that worked.
Flickr went down for awhile after the integration of video. Why is there a need to compete with youtube, IMHO it is a day late and a dollar short. Youtube has been around too long and *works* for videos, just as Flickr *worked* for photos. I don't want my pictures taking longer to load because of all Junior friends watching the video he just made of farting flames out of his ass for 90 seconds.
I found lots of flickr groups protesting the change, but I was amazed at the number who have already joined this group.
