Happy for you! Not to pick on ya...but could you move that sweet canon off that high shelve with its dangling neck strap to snare the unwary....I just don't want you to be broken hearted. Put Captain Jack Sparrow up there....just teasing. Glad you have two of 'em...sounds like you're really getting into it. Great to hear the happiness in you heart. Oh, and after a second look...your little nest seems quite high tech like a world unto itself. If I were on a spaceship bound for galixies unknown this is kinda like the way I would set up my little area to while away the long tedious hours of hyperdrive boredom.
The canon is now moved hehe, I had put it up there to dust the desk off and realized as well that it looked a little less then safe up there, due more to kitty attacks though lol.
I love my little corner of the world as you can see, I surround myself with things I love, (including my gaming addiction) yeah it makes it a bit more work to dust, but meh, it's better than a sterile environment :D
Cool. Your gaming is that addictive? I must confess, in an effort to understand your world I tried to read your blog links to your web page (is that right?). Not sure how that works...hahaha. Anyway, I kinda got lost after the second game or was it a paragraph. Sorry to sound so dumb. I love science fiction, but I tend to select books with characters like something I can pronounce. I shy away from writers who name thier charachters things like Tor-handenwonk, or some other ridiculious construction. But I did try to understand. And I'm glad to read you are really good at it. Be good, and if you can't, well, have fun! :-)
:D well, I would not call my gaming addictive, I play a total of like one night every other weekend or something now... I guess I finally grew up ;)
I am still a total fantasy lover though with an extensive collection of fantasy and sci-fi books, art and decorations. I absolutely cannot get enough of them. That is one addiction I don't want to grow out of!
As for my website.. ugh, I have not updated that in over a year (which I really need to do!!). All truth be told I forgot what is on it! Gamers are in a world all their own though so it is no surprise that it confused ya. I have found it is actually a bit awkward to have conversations with people who are not gamers because we are kind of like on different planes of existence, or at least we speak different languages ;)
